Our Story

From a one-room office
to a 32-person studio.

PandaSofts started in 2011 in a one-room office in Ludhiana with a single contract, an ASP.NET stack, and a refusal to compromise on engineering quality.

Fifteen years on, we’re 32 in-house people working on web platforms, mobile apps and custom software for clients across India, the Gulf, UK and North America. We’ve stayed deliberately small — and deliberately senior — because that’s the only honest way to keep the quality bar where it needs to be.

We’ve shipped over 240 products, retained 78% of our clients for repeat engagements, and earned 4.9 stars on Google and Clutch across 100+ verified reviews. None of that happens by accident — it happens because the senior engineer who pitches the work is the same one who ships it.

We don’t subcontract. We don’t hide juniors behind slide decks. And we still write code every week.

Native iOS & Android team formed. Within a year we’re shipping React Native production apps.

Cloud & DevOps practice

Migrate our first client off bare-metal to Azure. Within 18 months we’re certified Microsoft Gold Partner.
